Guy Malchi Joins Rosetta Genomics

Guy Malchi has joined Rosetta Genomics in the newly created position of Executive Vice President of Corporate Development. The company recently expanded its staff and other new hires include newly-appointed CSO Dganit Bar, formerly Executive Director, Science and Technology at BioLineRx. At Rosetta Malchi will focus on leading the Company’s effort to leverage its microRNA platform in partnerships with pharmaceutical and biotechnology companies, as well as with medical technology and diagnostic companies. In addition he will lead efforts aimed at licensing and/or acquiring new opportunities.

Malchi previously was with Champions Oncology, Inc. where he was General Manager, UK Diagnostic Subsidiary and Head of Pharma Business and CEO of Optimata, Ltd., an Israeli biotechnology company that developed and marketed biosimulation predictive software.

Rosetta Genomics Ltd. (NASDAQ: ROSG), is a developer of microRNA-based molecular diagnostics.
