1-800-Flowers has joined forces with Israel’s Wisdo, the popular emotional support network. Wisdo will offer participation in its Connection Communities for anyone who engages with the flower retailer. No purchase is required to access the Communities. The partnership marks the launch of the Wisdo Brand Platform, designed for brands seeking to build more meaningful relationships with customers and employees. More than 1.2 million people have connected 25 million times on Wisdo since its founding in 2016, reducing their anxiety, stress and loneliness with tools such as its Recovery and Wellness Dashboards. Each community allows individuals to contribute to one-on-one and small group conversations, getting help with life’s challenges and benefiting from a supportive network of others who have “been there.” Wisdo is a mobile app that enables users to share their stories, connect with others who have been through similar experiences, and give and receive helpful advice. Wisdo helps users discover what they need to know, from people who have already been there. Previously Wisdo launched the “Class of COVID-19” study, the largest wellness study of its kind, including 25 million college and university students in the U.S. and U.K. The “Class of COVID-19” study anonymously aggregates user data to provide insights into the emotional wellbeing of students in today’s society.
